Your information.
Clearly explained.

Browsing and free downloads

You can browse and download without an account or an email address. We do not use marketing trackers, third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Website activities do not create child profiles or save learning progress.

Launch updates

If you choose to register, we store your email address, selected interests (books, app or both), the time and wording version of your consent, and the page where you registered. We use this to send updates about your selected launches. It does not place an order, reserve a place or create an app account.

The success message gives you a personal unsubscribe link. Save it to remove your launch-list record at any time. You can also ask us to stop updates by emailing qurbahinstitute@gmail.com. Registering again can add interests to your existing choices; unsubscribe first if you want to reset them.

We do not promise an automatic confirmation email. Registration is confirmed on the website. We keep launch-list details until you unsubscribe or the relevant launch is complete, and will ask separately before using them for unrelated marketing.

Enquiries

The contact form stores your name, email, selected topic, message and submission time for Qurbah to respond. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include private information about a child. We keep enquiries while responding and for up to 12 months afterwards unless a longer period is needed to handle an ongoing request.

Where form data is stored

Forms submit to Qurbah’s website on Hostinger. Records are kept outside the publicly served website directory and are available to Qurbah through its hosting account. They are not published on the website. Qurbah does not sell these details.

Abuse prevention and hosting

We temporarily keep a keyed hash of the submitting connection’s IP address and an attempt count to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire after one hour and are removed on a subsequent submission. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses and browser request details to deliver and protect the website.

Your choices

To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, email qurbahinstitute@gmail.com. You can use your saved unsubscribe link for immediate removal from launch updates. Withdrawing does not affect the use of your information before withdrawal.

External services and the app

Instagram and email links open services with their own privacy policies. The full Qurbah App is a separate product in development. This page is not a privacy policy for a launched child learning service.

Using the free resources

You may print copies for your own family or class. Keep Qurbah’s credit on each page and share the library link. Please do not resell, rehost, upload elsewhere or redistribute the files as a pack.
